What managing directors and IT leads usually ask first
Do we have to replace Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace completely?
No. In most cases a full replacement is neither necessary nor advisable. It usually makes more sense to move specific areas — for example file storage, shares, or particular workflows — into a sovereign Nextcloud environment and keep other services as they are.
Does Nextcloud even make sense for our company?
That depends on your size, your workflows, and your current setup. The sovereignty check clarifies whether and to what extent Nextcloud fits your case — before you invest.
Who runs the system after the rollout?
If you'd like, Cebesco handles updates, backup strategy, restore tests, monitoring, and user management as an ongoing maintenance contract. Equally possible: you operate it yourself, we hand over clean documentation and stay reachable on demand.
How long does a typical migration take?
A small migration from Dropbox or a local file share is often done in a few weeks. A larger migration from Microsoft 365 with complex permission structures is planned in stages — the duration depends on data volume, number of users, and the level of user communication you want.
